Park Avenue Staging, LLC will perform a detailed walk through that will explain in detail everything that we feel will best serve your home’s needs. We charge a fee of $250 for up to 3 hours to map out an overall plan. When you choose to use our staging services we credit the $250 towards your overall Staging invoice.
Whether you need our services to help declutter, organize or completely stage a vacant home or simply adding our furniture, art and accessories to achieve a design that can be truly appreciated by the most discriminating buyer. We are committed to achieving the best possible condition for your home in today’s market. Our goal is to work hand in hand with you and your Realtor to appeal to your homes specific demographics and potential buyer for your unique home. Our staging period runs from 0-120 days. In the event that you need longer we rent month to month.
We offer a service of staging and handling your overall needs. Whether it is painting, meeting with service providers such as electricians, plumbers, etc. Our service handles the overall project from beginning to the end.
